The 1972 Hat was created to honor a pivotal moment in the University of Notre Dame’s History, the decision to move to co-education and admit female undergraduate students in 1972. Available exclusively at the Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore and online, the hat supports the Hesburgh Women of Impact Initiative.
